Take I-40 to exit 27 (US 23/74 "The Great Smoky Mountain Expressway).
Go 33 miles to exit 74 (Hwy 441) and turn right. Go 5 miles and
turn left on Hwy 19. Gearhead Inn is 3 miles on the left.
From Atlanta, GA:
Take I-85/I-985 to 441 North. At Dillsboro, US 441 and 23/74 converge.
Take 74 West to exit 74 and turn right. Go 5 miles and turn left on Hwy 19.
